At SaturdayClub, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
